Hi Parents! I’m so glad you’re here. This space was created to support you through one of the hardest, and most important roles you’ll ever have.
Meet Maria
I became a parenting coach not because it was part of my plan, but because life demanded it.
When my own son began struggling with suicidal ideation, everything I thought I knew about parenting was shattered. I did what most parents do: I turned to the professionals, hoping they’d fix him. But over time, I realized the real change had to start with me.
Through research, reflection, and raw experience, I learned to trust my instincts, listen more deeply, and show up for my child in a way no expert ever could. I became the mother he needed, not the one I was raised to be, or the one social media glorifies.
That journey transformed me, and it revealed my calling. Now, as a certified life and parenting coach, I help families like mine navigate the chaos of depression, suicidal ideation, and broken communication with strength, purpose, and compassion.
I believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and safe. And every parent deserves support in becoming the guide their child needs most.
Let’s walk this path together. You are not alone.

Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
❓Why Parenting Coaching?
Because our children are the most important life project we’ll ever take on, and they are our greatest contribution to the world.
While we’re not responsible for their choices as adults, we are responsible for the foundation we give them. A strong emotional base and healthy character matter even more than the best education. Children need to be taught how to be confident, emotionally resilient, and purpose-driven; and that takes time, intention, and a lot of effort.
Parenting is one of the hardest jobs we’ll ever do. And like any important job, the more guidance and support we have, the better our chances of doing it well.
❓Is Life Coaching the Same as Therapy?
No. Therapy and coaching serve different (and complementary) purposes.
-
Therapy focuses on healing emotional pain, trauma, or mental health diagnoses.
-
Coaching focuses on your future; identifying goals, building new habits, and developing parenting tools that actually work for your unique family.
Therapists diagnose. Coaches empower.
❓Should I Choose Therapy, Parenting Coaching, or Both?
If possible, both! They work beautifully together.
-
Therapy can help you explore your emotional wounds and mental health.
-
Coaching helps you create practical change in your parenting and life.
Some clients find it overwhelming to do both at the same time, and that’s okay. Start with what feels most urgent. You can always add the other when you’re ready.
❓Do I Need a Life or Parenting Coach?
Most people do, especially during challenging seasons of life.
A good coach can help you move faster, with less confusion, and more confidence. Whether you're healing from family trauma, supporting a child through suicidal ideation, or just trying to break old patterns, coaching helps you stay focused, accountable, and intentional.
Parenting wasn’t meant to be done alone. It truly does take a village, and sometimes, that village includes a coach.
❓Is Parenting the Only Topic You Coach?
Not at all. While parenting is my specialty, I also coach on:
-
Healing toxic relationships
-
Rebuilding trust and communication
-
Creating emotional boundaries
-
Transforming family dynamics
-
Discovering your purpose and self-worth
If you're unsure whether I can support your specific need, just ask. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find someone who is.
❓How Long Does Parenting Coaching Last?
Most of my clients begin with a 3-month commitment to create meaningful and lasting change. This gives us time to explore your challenges, build trust, implement new strategies, and evaluate progress.
Some families continue longer for ongoing support, while others get what they need in a shorter time frame. We’ll discuss your goals and customize a plan that fits your needs.
❓What If My Child Doesn’t Want Help?
That’s okay. Coaching starts with you.
Even if your child resists or doesn’t participate directly, the changes you make as a parent can have a powerful ripple effect. Your mindset, your communication, and your energy influence the entire home.
Your child may not be ready for help—but that doesn’t mean you can’t help them. You have more influence than you think.
❓What Ages of Children Do You Work With?
I work with parents of children of all ages—from toddlers to teens and even adult children. While the strategies vary depending on your child’s age and stage of development, the core principles of connection, leadership, and conscious parenting remain the same.
❓What’s Included in a Coaching Package?
Each package includes:
-
Private 1:1 sessions (usually weekly or biweekly)
-
Actionable strategies and personalized tools
-
Support between sessions (via email or WhatsApp)
-
Check-ins, accountability, and reflection tools
-
Optional resources like videos, exercises, or journal prompts
Everything is tailored to your goals and your family’s needs.
❓Can I Work with You Even If I’m Already in Therapy?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are also working with a therapist.
Think of therapy as healing the past and coaching as building the future. When used together, they create a powerful path toward both emotional healing and functional change.
